What does Plug n' Go actually include?

Assembly, firmware and BIOS levelling, imaging to your standard build, configuration, labelling, burn-in testing, a documented build sheet and consolidated dispatch from one of our three EU hubs.

Does staging delay delivery?

It is scheduled against your install window rather than added to it. Consolidating lines and testing before dispatch usually removes more time on site than it adds in the facility.

Can you image machines with our own gold standard?

Yes. Provide the image or the build specification and machines arrive matching the estate they are joining.

What happens if something fails testing?

It is replaced before the shipment leaves us. That is the point of burn-in testing: failures surface on our bench rather than on site.

Is there a minimum order size?

No fixed minimum. Talk to your account manager about the project and we will confirm what makes sense to stage.

What Plug n' Go includes

Every deliverable is handled by named people on your account, before the shipment leaves us.

Assembly and build

Servers, switches, racks and appliances are built to the agreed bill of materials rather than shipped as a pallet of boxes to be assembled on site.

Firmware and BIOS levelling

Every unit in a rollout leaves on the same firmware build, which removes the mismatch that makes templates, VPN profiles and management tooling behave differently between sites.

Imaging to your gold standard

Operating systems and standard builds are applied before dispatch, so endpoints and servers arrive matching the estate they are joining.

Configuration applied in advance

Firewall rules, VLANs, QoS, VPN tunnels, SIM profiles and cloud management enrolment are applied and verified on the bench.

Labelling per location

Devices, patch cords and ports are labelled as a set per rack, cabin, desk or site, so installation is placement rather than tracing.

Burn-in testing

Kit is powered, loaded and tested before it leaves us. Failures surface in our facility, not in a dry dock.

Build sheet and documentation

Each shipment carries a documented build sheet and, where relevant, an as-built port map for handover.

Consolidated dispatch

Everything for a site is packed and shipped as one consignment from Malta, Germany or Poland, timed to the install window.

A pre-sales engineer sizes the design with your team and returns one quote covering hardware, licensing, staging and freight.

Build and configure
Hardware is assembled, firmware levelled, imaged and configured against the agreed standard in our own facility.

Test and document
Burn-in testing is completed, labelling applied and a build sheet produced for the shipment.

Consolidate and ship
Lines are consolidated per site and dispatched as one delivery, timed to your refit or handover date.

Install and support
Your crew mounts and connects. RMA handling, spares and escalation stay with us afterwards.

Where it matters most

Maritime and refit: Dry-dock windows do not move. Kit that arrives built, tested and labelled is the difference between commissioning on schedule and carrying a snag list into sea trials.
Enterprise: Multi-site rollouts where every location has to receive an identical, documented build.
Energy and remote sites: Locations where a second visit is expensive and a failed unit cannot wait on a courier.
