Who can get access to the FUSE portal?
FUSE is for approved B2B partners: integrators, yards, refit contractors, IT resellers and enterprise procurement teams. Accounts are issued by your YOT account manager after partner approval.
Does FUSE show real stock levels?
Yes. FUSE shows availability across the Malta, Germany and Poland hubs, with per-line lead times so you can plan around refit and installation windows.
Can I request a Plug n' Go build from a quote?
Any basket can be flagged for Plug n' Go. YOT assembles, images, tests and consolidates the hardware before shipping, and the test documentation is attached to the order.
Is technical pre-sales included?
Technical pre-sales is included for partner accounts. You can escalate a design or compatibility question from inside a quote and a named specialist responds on the same record.
