Digitus covers the unglamorous half of every project: patch panels, keystones, cable management, wall and floor racks, KVM and power distribution. On a refit the passive layer decides whether the active kit can be commissioned on schedule, so we assemble and test it before it ships.
What YOT does with the Digitus line
Pre-sales sizing, assembly, firmware levelling, imaging and burn-in testing happen before dispatch, so the work left on site is installation.
Assembled, labelled and load tested
Racks are built, terminated, labelled, loaded and tested in our facility before dispatch, so the task on site is mounting and connecting rather than building.
As-built documentation
An as-built port map is delivered alongside the hardware, which keeps handover documentation straightforward for class and yard surveyors.
Standards-aligned components
Components are ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173 aligned, so the passive layer survives inspection rather than becoming a snag list.
Stocked across three hubs
Passive lines are stocked EU-wide, which matters when a dry-dock window will not move for a patch panel.
Delivered as one movement
A rack arrives complete and documented in one delivery instead of as a pallet of parts spread over several consignments.
