Compliance and producer responsibility

Under Directive 2012/19/EU, business customers can return equipment supplied by us at end of life on a like for like basis when buying replacement equipment. Crossed out wheelie bin marking on a product means it must not go into general waste.

To arrange a collection, email support@yotltd.com with the model, quantity, collection address and the original order reference. We confirm the collection route and any transport cost before booking.

Batteries supplied in or with hardware are covered by our batteries obligation and must be returned separately from the equipment where practical. Packaging placed on the market is reported under Directive 94/62/EC. We use recyclable transit packaging and reuse pallets and cartons in our staging facilities where condition allows.

Products we distribute are supplied by vendors that declare conformity with Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and, where applicable, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), including SCIP notification duties. Vendor declarations and CE or UKCA documentation are available on request for any line we quote.

We buy from authorised vendors and distributors only, screen counterparties against EU sanctions lists, and apply export control checks before shipping outside the European Union. Dual use items are shipped only against the correct declarations.
