Terms and conditions

These terms govern use of this website and the supply of products and services by YOT LTD, registration C93877, registered in Malta. They apply to business customers only.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document, or 14 days where no period is given, and are subject to stock availability and vendor pricing at the time of order. An order is accepted only when we issue a written order confirmation or dispatch the goods.

2. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices exclude VAT, duties and freight unless stated. VAT is applied according to the delivery destination and the customer VAT registration provided. Payment terms are those on the invoice; default is payment before dispatch unless a credit account is agreed. Late payment may attract statutory interest and recovery costs.

3. Delivery, title and risk

Delivery dates are estimates based on vendor lead times and are not of the essence. Risk passes on delivery to the customer or its carrier. Title in the goods remains with YOT LTD until payment is received in full.

Shortages or transit damage must be noted on the carrier proof of delivery and reported to us in writing within 3 working days of receipt.

4. Configuration and project services

Where we stage, configure, label or test hardware, work is carried out against the written specification agreed with the customer. Changes to that specification after work has started may affect price and lead time.

5. Warranty, RMA and returns

Products carry the manufacturer warranty. We manage the RMA process on your behalf; goods must be returned with an RMA reference, in the original packaging where possible. Special order, configured, licensed and software items are not returnable unless faulty. Approved stock returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

6. Software and licences

Software, subscriptions and cloud services are supplied subject to the licensor terms. Those terms govern use and take precedence over these terms in respect of the licensed item.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods or services giving rise to it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or indirect or consequential loss.

8. Export control and end use

The customer is responsible for complying with export control and sanctions rules when re-exporting goods, and confirms that goods will not be supplied for a prohibited end use or to a restricted party.

9. Environmental obligations

Producer responsibility for equipment, batteries and packaging is described on the compliance page, including our WEEE take back arrangements.

10. Website use

Content on this website, including text, imagery and the YOT and FUSE marks, is owned by YOT LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Specifications and availability shown are indicative and may change without notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
