Microsoft sits in our software, cloud and licensing portfolio, quoted on the same bill of materials as the hardware it runs on. The value is not the licence itself, which anyone can sell, but having it arrive with the build, on one invoice, with a renewal date somebody is tracking.
What YOT does with the Microsoft line
Pre-sales sizing, assembly, firmware levelling, imaging and burn-in testing happen before dispatch, so the work left on site is installation.
Imaging against your gold standard
Where machines ship with an operating system, imaging and configuration to your standard build happens in our facility before dispatch.
Renewal calendar
Subscriptions are tracked in FUSE with alerts ahead of expiry, so cover does not lapse between project phases or seasons.
Consolidated billing
Microsoft subscriptions are billed alongside your other vendor lines instead of arriving as a separate relationship to administer.
Backup for the cloud estate
Microsoft 365 data is not backed up by default. We pair the licensing with Acronis M365 Backup where a client needs an independent recovery copy.
