Why the IDEA Universe
YOT and IDEA cover two halves of the same problem. IDEA delivers the software — the IDEA YACHT, FLEET and GT yacht management suite — while YOT delivers the hardware. The certified marine platforms on show, including the NR-110, SR-100 and SR-200, are what the partnership created together: hardware designed for the vibration, humidity and power conditions of a vessel, built to run the IDEA suite. Around it, we design and deliver the networks, storage and connectivity that hardware plugs into.
Presenting together means visitors see a complete, tested chain rather than components from two separate conversations.
What is on show
The focus is on equipment that has been specified for marine use rather than adapted after the fact, and on the delivery model behind it.
- The partnership's certified marine computing platforms, including the NR-110, SR-100 and SR-200, sized for the IDEA software suite
- Pre-configured network racks for new builds and refits
- Multi-WAN connectivity and onboard Wi-Fi design
- AV over IP switching configured for NVX and Dante
- FUSE, our B2B procurement platform, for ordering and tracking it all
How partnering with YOT and IDEA helps
Certified hardware only delivers if the rest of the installation matches it. We pair the partnership's certified platforms with switching, connectivity, power and cooling that has been tested as a system in our lab, then ship it as one build.
For integrators that means a single point of supply, one technical contact, and a delivered rack that has already been proven before it reaches the yard.
Who to meet
Kris, Liam, Ricardo and Nick from YOT will be at METS for the full show. Come through the IDEA Universe and bring a real project. We would rather work through your specification on the stand than hand you a leaflet.
Open bar at the Heineken Rooftop
On Tuesday 17 November, from 7.30pm onwards, we are hosting an open bar for all our clients and partners at the Heineken Rooftop.
No agenda, no pitch — just a drink with the people we build for, high above Amsterdam. Let us know you are coming and we will put your name on the list.
